When Northrop Grumman was awarded a five-year, $500 million contract by the city of New York to build a comprehensive broadband public safety wireless network (NYCWiN), Starpoint Executive Search handled the recruiting process for several positions, including the NYC Relationship Manager, the project’s Chief of Mobile Applications, and several senior engineers.

Starpoint was selected to develop and implement an enterprise COTS CIS Water Utility Billing Application based on the Oracle E-Business Suite. Project Ocean was the implementation of Prophecy’s basis2 system and replacement of the existing legacy mainframe application. Starpoint also ran the Project Management Office (PMO) for this project.
