As a result of this rigorous selection process, filling executive roles is often a time consuming and lengthy process.
After having little success using contingency-based searches to fill three crucial positions—VP/Team Lead for Fixed Income, VP/Lead Architect for Global Trading Systems, and AVP/Lead Software Engineer for Global Trading Systems—this firm sought the help of Starpoint Executive Search, a premier retained executive search firm. Solution
After searching extensively, our client discovered that the very specific combination of skill sets needed for these roles would make it impossible to find the right person by strictly recruiting active job seekers.
