We provide solution maintenance and technical support services, typically for an application that we have developed for a client, or for an existing application.
During our maintenance and support services, we often provide regular feature updates, structured in individual quotations and proposals or as a component of the support service-level agreement (SLA). We keep relevant documentation continually up-to-date.
A typical SLA for our support services includes:
- Maintaining a staged environment
- Tuning and diagnosis
- System maintenance
- Environment recommendations as usage volume increases
- Integration recommendations as other applications are added
